The EBS company was established in 1989 by the current owners, Piotr Reszczyk and Krzysztof Stalewski, each holding 50% of shares.

In the first years the company was mainly involved in trading, which helped to establish a wide network of contacts with domestic and international partners. The profits have been consequently invested in specialised technology lines and machinery. In 1995, EBS opened a modern manufacturing plant. Thanks to high quality and relatively low production costs, EBS has been able to offer its customers attractive and competitive conditions.

The company's goal is to satisfy the market needs for electronic devices and components used for security systems guarding people and material goods. The main strategy of EBS is to create its own innovative solutions in the ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) and OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) systems.
